这个townhouse 比兰里的townhouse都便宜很多啊……
 
南素里最大的硬伤就是:距离任何地方都太远,没有可能去温哥华上班,带孩子去上个补习学校都要开车跑很远,中国超市和餐馆也非常远。
楼主用数据给大家很多启发,感谢。但对南苏里可能有些不了解,南苏里居住的居住,人文环境还真不错,真没那么不堪的。南苏里去列治文,去机场也就半个小时的高速,当地华人餐厅比西溫多且味道也不错,台湾人的华人菜店也很方便,没事去白石海边看个夕阳,喝个啤酒也惬意,现在downtown倒是去的越来越少,找热闹还是国内豪华热闹。偶尔晚上没人时,去美国加个油还便宜不少,华人在南苏里有足球队,高尔夫球队,每年白石村还组织聚餐和游行,舞龙,大家居住的还真不错。最近我陪朋友回去看了一圈房子,好房子还真没跌价,您说的华工123我不知是不是指的塞米中学校附近,那些去年热炒的房子,个别房屋跌价都是水分太大才下跌的。真希望南苏里房子再下跌一些,有机会再买套好房子。
