楼主，我指的是兰里新开发的townhouse 也不止这个价
南素里，2020年将会是整个温哥华房产市场的领跌者。巨量的新建楼盘上市，稳固的NDP管理，全球经济的悲观预期，二手房东加油，二手房东不哭。

这排town上个月刚sold了一个，665k，1418sqft
楼主用数据给大家很多启发，感谢。但对南苏里可能有些不了解，南苏里居住的居住，人文环境还真不错，真没那么不堪的。南苏里去列治文，去机场也就半个小时的高速，当地华人餐厅比西溫多且味道也不错，台湾人的华人菜店也很方便，没事去白石海边看个夕阳，喝个啤酒也惬意，现在downtown倒是去的越来越少，找热闹还是国内豪华热闹。偶尔晚上没人时，去美国加个油还便宜不少，华人在南苏里有足球队，高尔夫球队，每年白石村还组织聚餐和游行，舞龙，大家居住的还真不错。最近我陪朋友回去看了一圈房子，好房子还真没跌价，您说的华工123我不知是不是指的塞米中学校附近，那些去年热炒的房子，个别房屋跌价都是水分太大才下跌的。真希望南苏里房子再下跌一些，有机会再买套好房子。
这是个好消息，跌幅大一点，稳定一点，就可以放心入场了。
