还有海外买家税啊,房价不大可能起来很快吧,有啥可炒的呢。
顺便说我不是短线炒房滴。:giggle:
我觉得,就算没有海外买家,光每年三四十万的新移民就有足够的支撑,国内卖掉一套北上广深的公寓在这里可以买几套别墅啦,水往低处流,只要这个基本面不变,加上利息开始下行预期美国转向宽松等,温哥华目前的回调应该不会很深,现在可以试探性抄底。个人见解 :)
正在炒房的正在从大温撤退,他们已经挣了大钱。他们正在等傻子接盘呢。
